Experience
While attending SRU, I worked as a peer tutor and covered subjects up to and including Calculus 1 and 2. I was a GA at YSU and worked in the walk-in Math assistance center for 3 semesters helping students in subjects up to and including Calculus 1. I also was an instructor for their a remedial math course each semester. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to seethe reaction when a student finally "gets it." The best comment that I have received was on a students final: "... for once I am not ending a Math final in tears. You're the best."
