I am a senior at Slippery Rock University. I am enrolled in the College of Education as a dual major in elementary and special education. I have various teaching experiences in both fields as well as many, many hours. I have done my field hours in many diverse settings, including Philadelphia, PA.
Experience
I tutored all through high school as well as college. I scored above average on both my SAT and ACT tests. I want to be a tutor while I am finishing college because it goes hand in hand with the profession I am persuing. I love teaching and I love working with kids and knowing I am helping with them. Until I earn my degree in this next year and am able to get a full time job, this is the closest I can get to teaching. Again, I have many, many hours in the classroom.
